Refund Policy
Services Rendered
Once detailing services have been performed and completed, refunds are not provided. Auto detailing is a labor-based service, and results may vary depending on vehicle condition.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us before the technician leaves or within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern, which may include:

Re-cleaning the affected area, or

Providing a partial refund at our discretion
Pre-Existing Conditions
Refunds will not be issued for concerns related to:

Pre-existing damage

Permanent stains, odors, or wear

Clear coat failure, fading, or oxidation
-
Mechanical or electrical issues
These conditions are outside the scope of detailing services.
Deposits & Prepayments

Any deposits or prepayments made to secure an appointment are non-refundable.

Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellations

Appointments canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Weather & Uncontrollable Events
If services must be canceled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer:

A rescheduled appointment, or
-
A credit toward a future service
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Tango 5 Mobile Detailing directly to resolve any payment concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future services.

Tango 5 Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
