Services
Tango 5 Mobile Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to interior detailing, exterior detailing, and full detail packages. Services are performed at the customer’s chosen location.
Mobile Service Requirements
The customer agrees to provide:

Reasonable access to the vehicle

Adequate space to perform detailing services
-
Access to water and/or electricity if agreed upon
If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 1 hour in advance.

Cancellations within 1 hour or failure to be present may result in a cancellation fee.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Payment Terms

Payment is due upon booking or completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or approved electronic payment methods.

Returned or disputed payments may be subject to additional fees.
Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
Tango 5 Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Scratches, dents, rock chips
-
Clear coat failure or peeling
-
Fading, oxidation, or worn interior materials
-
Electrical or mechanical issues
Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle prior to service.
Interior Cleaning Limitations
We do not guarantee the complete removal of:

Deep stains
-
Pet hair
-
Odors
-
Mold, biohazards, or hazardous materials
Severely soiled vehicles may require additional charges or may be declined at our discretion.
Satisfaction & Claims
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims made after this period will not be honored.
Weather Policy
Due to the nature of mobile detailing:

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions.

We will communicate promptly to reschedule if weather impacts service quality or safety.
Safety & Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
-
Aggressive or inappropriate behavior
-
Vehicles containing hazardous materials
Liability Limitation
Tango 5 Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
-
Issues arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions
-
Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to detailing services
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or receiving services from Tango 5 Mobile Detailing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
